All level roles are given by a bot.
Even if XP roles are removed from a member, they will be given back by the bot as soon as the member sends another message.
Rank roles are reset when a member leaves the server.
If the member is well-known and recognized, you can give back their previous level role.
Do not tolerate those who ask for roles, and warn them sternly.
