# 👨‍🏫 Advisor Patates

They take on the burden from the shoulders of the Secretaries and assist them. They are the first point of contact for members who need help or have questions.

## <mark style="color:yellow;">Responsibilities</mark>

* Maintain order in the server.
* Punish members who violate server rules.
* Answer questions from members about the server.
* Guide members to use channels correctly if they are being used for the wrong purposes.
* Introduce new members to the server and address their concerns.
* Delete inappropriate or rule-violating content in text channels.
* Oversee order in voice channels.
* Mute members who disturb others or exhibit rule-violating behavior.
* Assist people when tickets are opened.
